Important Notice Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before enrolling in or attending any workshop or purchasing any educational product offered by FOK Academy. By registering for our Amazon Seller Workshop, you agree to be bound by these terms.

1. Overview & Acceptance

Welcome to FOK Academy ("we", "us", "our", or "Academy"), operated by Naseef Neeruttichali. These Terms and Conditions govern your access to and participation in our educational workshops, course materials, websites, and associated services (collectively, the "Services").

By enrolling in a workshop, completing a payment transaction, or accessing any content provided by FOK Academy, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age and legally competent to enter into a binding agreement.

2. Educational Scope & Workshop Nature

FOK Academy provides practical e-commerce and Amazon seller business education based on real-world brand building experience (including Flavors of Kerala).

  • The 2-Day Amazon Seller Workshop is an educational learning program delivered live online via Zoom.
  • Enrolled participants receive access to scheduled live sessions, downloadable templates, tools (such as profit calculators), and session resource materials.
  • We reserve the right to modify workshop schedules, mentors, or syllabus contents to enhance learning quality or address technical requirements.

3. Registration & Account Information

When registering for a workshop, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information, including your full name, valid email address, and active WhatsApp mobile number.

  • Workshop access links, Zoom credentials, and course updates will be communicated via the email or phone number provided during registration.
  • Registration is non-transferable without prior written approval from FOK Academy support.

4. Fees & Payment Processing

All workshop fees are displayed in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.

  • Payments are processed securely through authorized payment gateway partners, including HDFC Bank SmartGateway.
  • You agree to pay the fees specified at the time of checkout. Any introductory or discounted pricing offers are subject to advertised expiration times.
  • FOK Academy does not store or process sensitive payment credentials (such as credit/debit card numbers, CVVs, or net banking passwords). All transactions are encrypted via 256-bit SSL technology handled directly by HDFC SmartGateway.

5. Intellectual Property Rights

All content, materials, frameworks, slide decks, calculators, video recordings, graphics, logos, and trademarks provided by FOK Academy and Naseef Neeruttichali remain the exclusive intellectual property of FOK Academy.

  • Enrollment grants you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and view the workshop materials for your personal educational use.
  • You are strictly prohibited from recording, screen-capturing, duplicating, re-selling, redistributing, or broadcasting any live sessions or downloadable materials without explicit written consent.

6. Code of Conduct & Live Session Rules

Participants are expected to maintain professional behavior during live Zoom sessions and in academy community groups.

  • Abusive language, spamming, self-promotion, harassment, or disruptive behavior during live sessions will result in immediate removal from the session without refund.
  • Sharing Zoom access links with non-registered third parties is strictly forbidden.

7. Business & Earnings Disclaimer

FOK Academy provides practical business training and educational frameworks. We do NOT guarantee specific sales revenues, profits, Amazon product success, or income results.

E-commerce and Amazon selling involve business risk, market dynamics, product research, execution, and capital investment. Individual results depend entirely on personal effort, market conditions, and business implementation.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, FOK Academy and its founder, employees, or associates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or business loss arising out of your participation in the workshop or use of provided materials. Our total aggregate liability for any claims shall not exceed the total amount paid by you for the specific workshop enrollment.

9. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes or legal claims arising under or in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Kerala, India.
